After the week I’ve had, I’m going to batch this update to #UncannyComics2023 #17-22

Kaijumax #1-6 (season one). I read the first couple issues back in 2015. The series has been one I have wanted to return to and oh boy Season 1 doesn’t disappoint. Zander cannon’s art is cartoon style but don’t let that fool you. This is not a comic for kids. It’s very much a prison story and that comes with all that entails.

#016 X-men #12 first year of storylines have wrapped up. The secret of resurrection has been revealed to the world, the team is saying their farewells as the next X-men vote is about to happen at the Hellfire Gala.

#013 X-Men #9 Inferno has finally passed in continuity. Which means Nimrod shows up briefly and we get an extended scene with Destiny. Things are starting to come to a head on the Gameworld plot. Also, Gambit and Destiny work well together. #uncannycomics2023 #XMen #XmenComics

#012 X-Men #8. Time to resume the X-men catch up. We are now entering the comics I haven’t read yet. I am practically a year behind on my comics. Going to fix that this year. Anyway, This issue kinda treads water but MODOK is fun #uncannycomics2023

#007 X-Men #7 the story of how cyclops became Captain Krakoa is revealed. This issue is a Cyclops showcase and a damn good highlight of what makes him my favorite character. Also Scott/Emma teases. #ScEmma4ever #UncannyComics2023

#005 X-Men #5- Reavers show back up but they look like they are made of play-doh. Best parts: Polaris showing why she’s Dr. Dane. Also, Ben Urich is about to break the Mutant secret wide open.
