#UNCChapelHill update (1443 EDT): Police have released a photo of a person of interest but no additional information about him. WRAL-TV continues to report that it has no confirmed information on any injuries.

#UNCChapelHill update: Per WRAL.com, NO ONE in custody as of 2:15 p.m. EDT. (EMS scanner traffic previously indicated a subject in custody, but Chapel Hill PD had not confirmed.)
