Todas las evidencias sobre estas muchas agencias de mérito como la O.N.U. Señala que las mismas podrían realmente hacer su trabajo si fueran incorporadas en la Federación de la Tierra logrando, por primera vez, un financiamiento y autoridad adecuados.
