It can be hard to watch from the outside, trying to #understand or #process the grief of someone close to us. Knowing what to say or do to #help them, or at least not make things worse, is tough because not everyone grieves in the same way.
In the last ten years, I’ve experienced quite a bit of grief, both first and second hand, and it hasn’t made understanding grief any easier. In fact, it has made me realise that grief is incredibly #diverse, as diverse as the people experiencing it, and they all need or want different things.
And it doesn’t matter whether their grief is over the #death of a person or an animal, the #breakdown or a #relationship, the loss of a #job or a physical object like a #home or #SentimentalItem. Every episode of grief needs to be #acknowledged and #supported.

People who say it's good say that the work mind is people with empathy, people who care about the world, people who care about each other, and people who understand that the current society structure is not healthy for mankind and is destroying our planet.
The anti-woke narrative is that woke is a group of dumb people filled with hate and don't understand reality. And that woke people are "socialists".
The way I remember it, is the woke are people who boycott mainstream media, (wake up from the television fog) and are now made aware of white privilege and systemic racism. Basically somebody who was not aware of the struggles that minorities face and was not aware of the bias that media is creating.
I often see people who should consider themselves woke saying that woke is bad. So now I ask you what is it you think woke is? Take my what is woke Pole.
