I keep the account open only because it's necessary for signing up for certain giveaways, and in the hopes that the douchebag era of #Twitter will eventually pass, so I keep my userid.

easy way to find out who has #follow-#unfollowed you:

two windows up. One with your #mastodon #follower list on it, the other with your #emails up in it.

If you have #email notifications for #followers on, you will get an email when someone #follows you.

You can search for those emails and get a chronological list of followers. You then compare. Anyone who #unfollows you will be on your email list but not your mastodon list.

Search emails for: 'from:noreply mastodon "is now following you" '
