Scientists from the #UniversityOfAdelaide🇦🇺 have split ⚡ unfiltered⚡ seawater into #Hydrogen and #Oxygen. This greatly simplified process also uses a non-precious and cheap catalyst for #Green hydrogen production. Previous attempts have required expensive pre-treatments to desalinise and filter the seawater prior to splitting in a commercial electrolyser.
