ARGH #unsupportive #support. Since a "security" change to AirBNB's login process I haven't been able to log in. A series of uselessbotmails has me fuming; the latest tops the lot. "You have a new message from the AirBNB Support team." With a link to the message... in the AirBNB inbox... to access which, I have to log in.

I'll write a book
About how to cook a rook!"

I gave her a look
