Made some quick #upcycledcrafts notebooks from #girlscoutcookies boxes and paper bags

#machineembroidery #upcycledcrafts I bought a cheapo suede jacket a Costco. I made new buttons for it. Eventually, it got stained. I embroidered the design and cut through it where the pocket is. I couldn’t turn the pocket inner edges under bc of the embroidery so I stitch finished it. Then, I glued it to the jacket. It looks great. Def one of my more successful projects.

I make bottlecap fairy gardens, and they’ve always sold really well. But a couple years back I decided I wanted a cuter way to display them. So I got this acrylic stand and mushroomed it up.

And suddenly, no one bought them anymore.

It turned out, people thought it was a set. Like they had to buy all of them. I tried various signs and such, but nothing worked. So I had to retire my adorable mushroom stand.
