I love that city, and love the style of the art, so I wanted a higher quality version. Others asked for it in the comments, but noone had it. So I used #Upscaler to make one, and the result is incredible.

This app works like a charm!!! You have to install and configure Flatpak in order to run it but it's AMAZING! Warning, it will turn a 700K file into a 4MB one, so watch your disk space

I also thought that I had seen something very similar to this about a month back, but it was not called Converter. So it was probably #Upscaler and there was some reason why I never did a post about it then. Just can't recall quite what the reason was.

Was playing around with #Craiyon (Dall-e Mini) where I could generate paintings by creating a scene and inserting famous #Impressionist artists into the prompt.

Aftering picking out the pictures from the AI, I used #Upscaler for #Gnome to blow up the resolution. I noticed that this cleans up edges and sharpens up the image.

If I find some really good ones I'd consider getting some printed!

Its stopwatch activity counts and displays elapsed time. It's meant to measure processing lag of a TV or #upscaler by connecting two displays to one console, photographing them side by side, and comparing the frame counts. It can also be used to time a #workout, cooking, a phone call with an old friend, etc., so long as no one else is using the TV or the console.

Is there demand for an "egg timer" app for retro consoles that can count down and beep when it expires?
