It's kinda interesting from a "be-careful-about-sociological-data" perspective: my neighborhood has the city boundary of a major city running through it, and legally speaking, if you stand on one side of the boundary, you're in a city with more than a million inhabitants, while if you stand on the other side of the boundary, you're in a much smaller suburban municipality... #Cities #SocialSciences #UrbanGeography (1/3)

Tijuana (across the border from San Diego) is undergoing a massive boom in speculative real estate investment, including modern steel-and-glass apartments mainly for US citizens fleeing rents on the US side of the border.
