An illustration from 1955 of a dubious fear abut the upcoming age of space travel common at the time. This was printed in relation to Walt Disney's ongoing Man In Space shows (the second of which was aired in the same year).
The art style is certainly very Disney and it's possible that the artist is Ward Kimball. At the very least it's someone from his team.
