At first glance, this would seem to speak volumes against the alfresco dining at sidewalk cafes whose popularity only grew greater during the recent pandemic.

It may also explain the thought processes going on the transportation departments around the US.

I wish UK government would focus more on subsidizing e-bikes, so we can all save money, and get cleaner air. Good for new green jobs, too, in manufacture, and in urban design. UK transport minister is Mark Harper ... I hope he reads this article.
