This one started out as a minor disaster but it's grown on me. Used Lamy ink but it turned out at the wash that Lamy ink is not waterproof and it ran.
Tested the pens I had and got some waterproof R&K sketchINK for later.
But it looked interesting so I let it dry, added more ink on top with a Micron and it's not awful. Been trying to get away from the paint-inside-the-lines thing and this accident is probably the first time I got there, so yay.

#watercolour, Amsterdam, near Amstel Station overlooking the river Amstel. As a kid this office to mee always looked like a Battlestar Galactica ship landed in our city. The building looks better now after the renovation, but also a bit less futuristic, more glassess white tiling. I worked there for a few years, before the renovation. Then it was a prime example of a sick building, mould on the inside of the windows and windowsills. #watercolor, #urbansketching

I had a really strange experience. We were sitting in a café at the harbour of a small town and I was sketching the view. Quite intensly, for maybe 20 minutes. When leaving we incidentally walked in the same direction I had looked before.
And I had the strange sensation of walking inside the sketch I had just drawn. Literally. It didn't feel like walking in a town, but moving inside a picture. Almost dream-like. This had never happened to me before.
