#MontereyCounty: A single lane of #Hwy198 is now open 20 miles east of #US101 near San Lucas after temp repairs were made to a slip out of the roadway. Opening is intended for use by locals and for emergency use only. #Hwy198 remains fully closed near the Fresno County line.
