@enzo At the moment, I’m just heaving a sigh of relief that we didn’t lose ODI status this year. Tomorrow morning, we face #Namibia in the first match of the play-in tournament for the #CricketWorldCup Qualifiers. I don’t think #USACricket has played a multi-day match since 2011.
I do enjoy that in my time zone, New Zealand’s home Tests start at 4pm, which is a great way to spend a snowy evening.

A bit late to posting…After a fantastic day of international sport, the obvious most important news is that #usacricket beat Namibia by 71 runs to snap their 5 ODI losing streak! Great team bowling effort by the US held Namibia to 173 runs, and Gajanand Signh’s career best of 66 runs led the way for the Yanks 244 in the opening innings. #cricket

Reminding everyone on here of the most important sporting event of the weekend…the ODI #cricket match between USA and Namibia on Sunday, obviously! Oh, and the second most important event is, of course, the ENG vs AUS match on Saturday. I’m not missing anything, right? #usacricket #cricketnamibia
