The US Army charges a military doctor in a wide-ranging sexual abuse case.

The defendant is Major Michael Stockin, age 37. He is an anesthesiologist working at a pain clinic at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. 23 victims are included in the charge.

Attorneys for both the victims and the defendant accuse the Army of a lack of communication and transparency.
