Best response to this is stay cool and up aid to Ukraine; that's the opposite of what Russia wants. If they attack another, up the aid again; rinse and repeat. No need to help Russians squeeze more propaganda value from such a puny act.
Seems like a good opportunity to step up and send Ukraine some F-16s and/or ATACMS. Just sayin'.
