I know you all the cool kids have been using #EventStorming for every project. I’ve had a lot of success with #UserStoryMapping when working with less technical stakeholders that just needed to understand the scope and plan their next releases. Diversify your tools.

I'm still struggling to adapt to fully-digital distributed teamwork post-2019 and I know it's hurting teams. We now focus too much on Jira and execution, and not enough on ideation, divergence, revision, and co-design. The balance is wrong, too myopic.
