I fell like in the latest 40 years there has been an ever-increasing convergence between conservative militarism and the morally self-righteous neo-imperialism of the Democratic Party.

Are you aware of recommendable resources studying why US foreign policies have become largely indistinguishable between Republicans and Democrat administrations?
Preferably online bc I am poor atm.
