For the "Main" we went with #Bison
Perhaps I tried to be a bit too fancy - searing (lasering) a cedar plank with the picture of a bison (that I had taken in #YellowstoneNP on our #USRoadTrip2022) and using that plank when I cooked the bison steak sous vide. Didn't really get any effect from the cedar (perhaps too little sear). Finished/seared the bison on a hot pan. Oddly enough that steak seemed bison shaped
