Backstage, Sotomayor smiled when she saw my clipboard of questions. She helped me with my tote bag full of books. She then clapped her hands together and said something like, “Okay. Here’s what we’re going to do.”

@trashheap That was actually established by an earlier case, Griswold vs. Connecticut, which dealt with married persons (!!) access to contraception. But the Court is very likely coming for that one as well.

And when Griswold falls, so will the cases covering "sodomy" and gay marriage, because they were directly based on it. It appears they are going for the whole trifecta: abortion, gay marriage, contraception.
