As Israel basically controls the USA and as Israel has pulled other stunts like this before, false flag or 'no flag' events, they are the silent suspect. They produce gas and have their people point to the USA prior and after the event: Nuland and Anne Applebaum's husband, MEP Sikorski ('Thanks, USA!').
