Here it’s Maggie Smith and Diana Rigg that really shine brightest, with James Mason also putting in a fantastic supporting role. The plot is basically the same as Nile, but who cares? The diamond sub-plot and pre-story plot both drop into place at the last minute, as usual in Christies, but it’s probably the strongest of the Ustinov Poirots for me.
