Aditya told me that he was learning to make uttapam.

Uttapam is a type of dosa, breakfast pancake, using in this case the same batter as the idli. It is optionally topped with various spices, veggies and herbs.

I joined in on his practice sessions, and we spent the morning practicing to make dosas.
