Indeed! What is the answer to getting the mastodon team welcome #UX earlier in the process as a fundamental contributor?

Let's gather a list of possibilities!

For example, here's one. a) have #UX people join the server where the #mastodon #Devs hang out. and b) talk there about mastodon #UXDesign and #UxOps endlessly until people there start to notice.

There must be many more ideas. I'd like to hear yours.
