I love Shinjuku, but I kind of feel sorry for the tourists who visit it, what with all the construction going on, and the difficulty of navigating the confusing maze. Today there was the added nuisance of a noisy right-wing demonstration and street battles with the police. We did manage to get our shopping done and escape to the relative quiet of our home, but what about the poor tourists? #Tokyo #Shinjuku #uyoku
