A regular reminder that "extreme bill introduced in state legislature" isn't really a story. A lot of things get filed, and a lot of them are posturing and attention bait, so there's little value, and potential harm, in covering them at filing. The ones that get out of committee - and plenty of terrible bills will this year - deserve the attention.
