New preprint by #VahidKandan (#KlausMathwig ) showing experimental data that a gradient of viscosity - causing a gradient in diffusivity - can lead to a directed transport of particles and molecules in solution! https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2212.11503. We (#AbbasJabermoradi, #MattiaFontana, #VincentBoerkamp) helped out with the microscopy and the analysis of the motion of particles in fluidic devices using pair correlation functions and particle image velocimetry. :) Glad to see this out!
