On this day in 2013, Variotrams on the Sydney Light Rail.

The line opened in 1997 between Central station and Wentworth Park, extending to Lilyfield in 2000 and Dulwich Hill in 2014. Now known as the Inner West Light Rail (or L1), the Variotrams were retired in 2015, replaced by CAF Urbos 3 trams.
