In my Twitter days I followed accounts dealing with #vawg, domestic abuse and highlighting mostly male-perpetrated violent crimes against women. I have not been able to find equivalent Mastodon accounts tackling these crucial areas but I'd very much like to boost these topics.

Apparently, it costs too much to look into #VAWG, so the police won't do it. What are we to make of that?

It’s not getting better if anything it’s getting worse.
I don’t know the solution but more needs to be done by #Police and city #Council.
I’m fed up of #Women not being safe in the city to walk home.
