Blue cheese progress!
The process is never the same. Last time it took two weeks before the mould would start to show, now it’s already developing nicely after 4 days. Also the cheese is very firm (which is a good thing).

After the last couple of months of near #veganism I have found good alternatives for almost everything I thought I would miss.
The one exception is #cheese. I have tried lots of different types and come to the conclusion that #VeganCheese is basically terrible.
Happy to take recommendations but not expecting to find anything better, so it's time to find an alternative (nuts?) rather than a #FakeCheese.
I'm most surprised by how well #SoyMilk works in tea. Don't even miss dairy.
