Since my wife and I were both diagnosed with alpha gal, my diet has been mostly #pescatarian but often #vegan. I thought I would miss meat much more than I have. But having flirted with #vegeterian and vegan diets my whole life, I’ve really enjoyed a plant-centric diet. Worst part is having to avoid great restaurants #AlphaGal
