I'm working on a metro-style map of the Veins of the Earth-based underworld underneath our Ultraviolet Grasslands.

Caravans can use it to travel between faraway locations in a matter of days instead of weeks, but the risk is far greater, and the galleries are never as straight and clean as they appear on this map, found tattooed on the back of a murdered abmortal cartographer.

@PaulBaldowski There’s an awful lot of great material in #VeinsOfTheEarth - it’s one of the few LotFP books that I’ve kept.

While I have owned a copy of #VeinsOfTheEarth for a few years, I confess to never having read more than a few pages up to now.

This is the #Underdark redefined with a depth of thought and a wealth of content that's staggering.

#PatrickStuart renders the whole thing in a rich and poetic language that is a joy to consume. Indeed, I find it best nibbled at than wolfed down in chunks. The art by #ScrapPrincess works incredibly way, communicating the jagged and shadowy worldscape so well.

Okay, going to make a fallen dwarven city dug into a (until recently) dormant volcano for #dungeon23. Underground beasties, abandoned golems, primordial lava beasts. Dwarves as rare-but-not-gone #Ironsworn Firstborn, and probably drawing somewhat from #VeinsOfTheEarth.

There's just too many great #ttrpg games out there and not enough time to play them. I'd like a go with #Mausritter, #VeinsOfTheEarth, #Golgotha, #Troika, and #CY_BORG... and been asked if I'd be interested in running #CurseOfStrahd (I've never touched #DnD5e!)

I'm already running #PiratesOfDrinax and a #WolvesUponTheCoast Upon the Coast/#Starforged mashup, can I squeeze a third in somewhere??
