1/ Verification Deserts

This was a neologism/coinage I had in conversation with @blaine to describe one of the side-effects of places without cell service, specifically the ability to receive SMS/text messages. If you can't receive an SMS, then there are a whole bunch of critical (e.g. banking) services you can't access. This is Not Good!

(riffing off Food Deserts, and also more specific than areas with no connectivity)
