#Verizon is unfortunately overmarketing its #verizonwireless #5G Home Internet Plus service in regions that cannot support the advertised baseline speed/bandwidth of 300-1,000 mbps.

Speeds in my supported neighborhood average 15 mbps down, 3 mbps up, with frequent disconnections during inclement weather.

Verizon responds that the advertised speeds are guidelines, not assurances, and that actual performance will vary by geography, gateway placement, and many other factors.

Advice wanted: I'm looking to buy a gently used #iPhone SE 2022 from a highly rated refurbish shop and attach it to my #VerizonWireless account. I don't want to wind up with a paperweight that doesn't support the network but most of the ads that say "Verizon Wireless unlocked" don't explicitly mention #CDMA or the other network protocols that I thought I needed. Have iPhones and the cell tech progressed to where that distinction doesn't matter anymore? What key words should I be looking for?
