If it is #newzealand #sauvignonblanc you like, then depending on availability you can try #GrunerVeltiner from #Austria. Loimer is a good producer. I am a fan of #vermentino from #sardinia too. Try Argiolas as a producer. Really try any unoaked, cool climate white. Don’t be afraid to explore a bit!

I have been saving this bottle of #wine for a while since I decided I wanted to make a special meal for my bf. #LigurianWine calls for a Ligurian meal. More on that in next post. The wine was spectacular. I find it complex, bold and interesting. Starts with a refreshing acidity, followed by lush grapefruit and a nice minerality finish. Defo recommended is #Vermentino, #Bianchetta or #Albarola (changes name according to area of production). For the reds #VermentinoNero and #Ciliegiolo. My favourite producer is #CantineLunae but I have heard good things of #CantineFederici. /2

Da bere sui 15°, e mai ibernato, non è mica uno di quei #prosecchini da bar fighetto con 800 milligrammi di solfitazione per millilitro...
Ottimo aiuto per una bella cena tradizionale da #lagrottadaConcetta a #Campobasso, una delle pochissime trattorie vere rimaste in circolazione i Italia!
