i am totally enamored with an extremely cool programmable split-flap display that costs USD$2000 but i would probably use it the way this #tidbyt device is designed for?

or maybe it would just remind me that i don't own a #vestaboard every morning 😂 i tried to find something similar on ali* and ebay a few months ago and got bupkis.

I spent the evening refactoring my #vestaboard weather app code to use WeatherKit instead of Dark Sky. This funny little app has become my favorite use of the board since I got it, showing me the weather in a color format that makes sense to my brain. Though extreme weather like today makes it look funny…

Version 0.9.0 of Vesta, my #vestaboard client library for Python, has been released.
