My first #research paper published as a doctoral supervisor 😁 #antibiotics use and #antimicrobialresistance on dairy #farms 🐄 in #Austria 🇦🇹 Young calves were much more likely to be harbouring resistant E.coli than older calves and adult cows, common finding globally, but reasons still not completely clear and no direct link to antibiotics used on these farms. #antibioticresistance remains very complex!
