Here in Greater Manchester our advocacy of post-growth / degrowth/ steady state economy is often seen as off the wall.
But when the UNO Secretary General says the same thing, emotively, the we know we aren't on the wrong track.
"With our bottomless appetite for unchecked and unequal economic growth, humanity has become a weapon of mass extinction."
