OTD in 2016: Fava beans, grow outs from seed stock given to my family by Ianto Evans of Cob Cottage Company. He'd been director of a Fava institute previously, and this is a landrace he'd been maintaining for decades that had settled into three main colors. I wanted these bean glamour shots for something or other, and I've ended up using them for blog posts and header images.
