I see Fellini's Satyricon is on during the wee hours of the morning on TCM . My late friend and artist, Vicky Wyman, once told me she thought she had seen the movie with the reels out of order, so she wanted to ask me about the film, as I had seen it too, but at a later date. I recall telling her, "The order would not have made a difference."

In a quiet moment today, turn down an empty glass in memory of the prolific, excellent, artist, Vicky Wyman, known in many science fiction and fantasy circles, as well as furry ones. She would have turned 70 today. She excelled in pen and ink, acrylic, polyform sculpture, even doll making and tapestries.

Because there should be a hashtag for #VickyWyman (1953--1918) who was a master artist in pen and ink, fiber/sewing, doll making, sculpy, etc. She could do just about anything.
