Wyld's Globe stood in London's Leicester Square from 1851 to 1862. It was a large "inverted" globe with the continents and oceans depicted on its inner surface. Paying visitors (2/6 on Thursdays and Saturdays, and a bargain at 1s. other days) then climb the platform in the center and look at it in wonder.

I like sometimes to play with colour gradations, particularly hair, gemstones and eyes. With hair it's usually quite simple: a realistic base hair colour, tinted at the ends towards one end of the colour spectrum. With eyes, its more a fascination with #heterochromia and unnatural irises, while multi-hued gems are just interesting to look at. And wouldn't it be reasonable for a person to choose to wear gemstones that match their eyes?

- RPG system that can be used for playing over Discord. So, I’d prefer if it used dice instead of, say, cards.
- a bit crunchy. Savage Worlds is a bit too much. Something like Hollow Earth Expedition or Owl Hoot Trail is just right. Tiny Cthulhu seems, well, too tiny for my taste.
- some kind of online support. Having at least a fillable character sheet PDF would be nice.

A large leafless tree stands at the end of this red brick Victorian terrace of shops. The tall arched window shops still have their original restored signage in place with the end of terrace belonging to Winder & Co. The side wall facing the tree reads Winder & Co Tobacconist Confectioners Smallware Dealer. My own #Victoriana is worn to death on camera, and it's all black and white anyway. Nicky's fabulous burgundy gown has inspired me to shop for something a bit more colourful so I don't look too underdressed in comparison!
I've ordered this #skirt and #jacket set - not sure how well it'll fit, but it's due to arrive tomorrow there's plenty of time to order another size or make adjustments if needed.
