I left #Hastings, Victoria, three years ago after living there a few months shy of 6 years. Never in a million years would I have imagined that #VictorianLabor would pick up that seat, especially given how popular Greg Hunt, the ex-federal member for Flinders was, and how well known the state Liberal MP Neale Burgess was. Congratulations Paul Mercurio, I am so excited for the area.

The pundits are trying to say the #VicElection2022 will be close, but they said the same thing last time to. I think the #VictorianLabor will have another sound victory (albeit with a slightly smaller majority) and there'll be another 3 years of Dan. #auspol
