A hard of hearing game protagonist that will have in-game changes when they have/do not have their hearing aids.
Not sure if this has been done before, though. Maybe it has. But it would be interesting . Not only could be a tool to showcase to non-hard of hearing folks how it's like, but could be an interesting take on gameplay.

This was almost my game of the year before Sekiro stole it. Love the lovecraftian horror aesthetic without the racism. The transforming weapons are are always fun to play with. The bosses all look grotesquely wonderful. And I loved my bad ass hunter lady. Now time to work on my platinum trophy.
