uhh i am definitely getting myself a #macStudio sooner rather than later — my employer-managed m-series MBP 16 just #Handbrake'd a 600MB episode (at 1080p x264) of an animated series to a 720p file x265 at 300MB and i used hardware acceleration (#VideoToolbox) and it took about 3 minutes. AND MICROSOFT TEAMS WAS RUNNING 😳

on my intel mini with eGPU that would take 15-20 minutes
