And this week the soup is more of a chowder than a soup, and I realized that my personal culinary vocabulary is also severely lacking, so I looked up the differences between the most common soups and this is what I found.

Started a pot of viking stew yesterday and it essentially turned into pumpkin and turkey curry sauce. It took hubby and I awhile to figure out what it needed so I ended up adding a bunch of spices that included curry spices, and then I let it thicken on the stovetop. Needs some spice though. 😊
