I’ve been off the sauce for most of this year (doctor’s orders!) but have given myself a reprieve for the holidays. That means opening a very nice oaky Slovenian white, which I recall @cliff1976 and @Regensbloggerin got from the Bled Castle several years ago. So we toast them with gratitude. Look at the colour! It tastes so rich and full, it’s almost like whiskey. Perfect for the chicken Masa’s making.
