I’ve been off the sauce for most of this year (doctor’s orders!) but have given myself a reprieve for the holidays. That means opening a very nice oaky Slovenian white, which I recall @cliff1976 and @Regensbloggerin got from the Bled Castle several years ago. So we toast them with gratitude. Look at the colour!
