Thanks to the encouragement of my fellow Mastodonians, I decided to crack open one of my vintage ports I bought 2+ decades ago. I was wrong though - it wasn't a 2000 vintage. This bottle is a 1997. The other 2 I have are 2000s. The cork basically crumbled taking it out, which had me worried.
But it's fantastic. Wish you were here. #port #vintageport
