- 10 dead-bug overhead let down
Triceps - core - pulling: 4 rounds
- 8 triceps roll back (kneeling)
- 8 inverted rows
- 30" side plank, each side
And then finished with a 40 min vinyasa yoga class, sometimes the #YogaTeacher needs to be a #YogaStudent

Thinking about subscribing to the Down Dog #yoga app, since my usual study is removing the classes I liked and could attend and significatively increasing their prices... I would like some feedback on the matter!
I've been practicing one way or another for 4 years, but I've seen the most improvements in the past 1.5 or so years, thanks to the classes in the aforementioned studio.
I'm mainly interested in inverted poses, handstands and arm balances like bakasana, eka pada koudinyasana etc. I'd also like to get into #Vinyasa, since I've been mainly doing #Hatha with some minor flow sequences.
I think I'm slowly putting #yoga in as a main part of life. After watching #sweetmagnolias S3E2, I still put in a 45 minute session in. And this was at midnight and a little tired.
But I had to get it in. Also realized that #vinyasa is my style. Maybe I'll expand as I get more involved.

Practicing with @JasonCrandell on Glo.com today. I finally managed #EkaPadaKoundinyasana with my right leg forward! I broke and displaced several ribs on my left side a few years ago, rendering this pose inaccessible until today. Thank you, Jason! Sometimes obstacles can be knocked down.
