Yet in the #Seattle neighborhood of #Belltown, it seems like there's a #shooting every few months.
But Belltown hasn't become a dilapidated area of urban decay. It's still considered an upscale, hip, popular part of town, with plenty of trendy restaurants and nightclubs and shops and pricey apartments.
Why? Is it b/c the #demographics? Is it b/c the amount of #investment?
